Ipad 1 update to IOS 5.1

hello,

i've got ipad 1 year ago , since i've got iphone , macbook air afterwards, tossed ipad1 away , found beneath bed, full of dust covering screen. lol..

since found treasure thing out, still use , question is: how many of have updated system 5.1 , how performances? says drugs down speed when keyboard pops out or web browsing. main purpose read magazines , newspapers on-line, no games or other ram consumption apps.

appropriate update iso 5.1? in advance!

 

5.1 better 5.0.1 no harm update now. on now?
