Huge mac application launching error

whenever try launch application other chrome starts , quits, goes on in constant loop, nudging dock
restarted computer
relaunched finder
everything
think mackeeper may have caused this, happned after cleared cache , such save disk space
15"mbp osx lion

 

does happen in another, temporarily created, user account?
have backups done before using mackeeper (which useless anyway)?
