How to restore from 5.0.1 to 5.0.1? I have my SHSH Blobs

hi all, i've had iphone4 jailbroken since sometime , on 5.0.1 (never upgraded 5.1) phone giving me problems (safari fails load , there weird touch detection issue towards top of screen).. question is, how go restoring?

(note although says downgrade 5.1, should not matter).

alternatively, use redsn0w on platform. first stich shsh blobs ipsw file (with redsn0w), put phone in pwned dfu mode (with redsn0w), restore itunes. if error itunes leaving phone in restore mode, use redsn0w kick out of restore mode.
(this purely theoretical, have not done since apple stopped signing 5.0.1)
