Excessive latency with BT input devices?

i saw characterize wakeup latency of modern bt input devices "homocidal" (i presume meant latency intolerably long). had never heard of latency problems apple's magic mouse, magic trackpad, , bt keyboard. regular users of current hardware rev of these devices please tell me:

these devices ever have latency problems -- either @ wakeup after sleeping or @ other time?

there latency problems when using windows? i'd particularly hear if bt latency different when running different os on macs using boot camp. different oss better job drivers?

bt latency problem in past? if yes, fixed problems?

i can pass comment on bt magic mouse. no lag, , precise in use, particularly in select / drag functions. if use eneloop rechargeable batteries, 3-4 weeks of intensive use before replacing them.

can't pass comment on other bt stuff @ present don't use any, shortly buying magic trackpad...
