i'm not ipad user , have long considered getting one. 1 thing has slowed me word processing.
looks documents go might program. appears can create word document , store locally. question can attach document in email? can person on other end open regular word document?
(these dumb, basic questions. awesome me if happen. cloud based storage isn't ideal situation.)
using evernote document writing
have found evernote fantastic. because has many possible applications in life i'm still finding out about, far, i've needed do, has. believe has ability offer file sharing , group editing if working on requires collaboration.
can email note, post straight blog, send notification of facebook or twitter if inclined, plus link it. not word document. when happy notes, easy cut , paste text word , jazz formatting etc. great keeping thoughts in 1 place , i've written quite long papers while on train or beach or in bed, wherever phone is, "computer is". if out of range of wireless , decide not chok bill using 3g, note stored on phone till automatically syncs saved in evernotes "cloud" can access if can't find phone , electricity out. have appreciated in past.

i'm sorry, reread post , realized don't want information stored in cloud. mmmm maybe if set not sync...anyway, hiding?
