Could a MBP bought on eBay be fixed in a genius bar?

the listing says has year apple warranty it.

if says 'apple warranty' - referring applecare, fine instore use @ genius bar.

although, double check seller sending pm - if they've bought 3rd party reseller (best buy, target, john lewis...), warranty in listing may implying warranty specific these stores only.
