Back to my mac vs. admin users

hey guys. i'm using macmini of colleague, because i'm doing work him. there 2 admin accounts on mac, account , my. learned mac option. question: able watch i'm doing screen sharing? , more important can remotely copy files account (aka. practically steal work)? i'm kinda worried because i'm not sure. don't know him trust him.
settings on (admin) account are: in system preferences -> sharing - off, i'm not sharing anything. in system preferences -> security & privacy turned on firewall, advanced settings "block incoming connections". doesn't know admin password. that's mac, he's registered on mobileme mac option. i've read i'm still not sure, how works. can log in on macminis admin account , see folders blocked, or maybe has full access (precious) folders? in advance.
