Wildcard Phone Numbers in Address Book?

hello. switched personal iphone work use, , manager i'm in role sms pages applicable. i'm not sure what's under covers, texts come through me in range of 1 (410) 000-001 through -xxx (it's 103 @ point). hoping stop & start reusing numbers @ point, i'm coming realization go way through -999, , knows beyond that. anyway, created address book entry hoping capture these texts aren't scattered among messages app these random numbers, assign them different tone know it's work sms vs. personal, , while, every time new number came through adding it, hoping maybe that's last one. gave after got 30s. :)

instead of manually entering these numbers address book entry, there way enter wildcard, put 1 (410) 000-*** or such , capture range of numbers?

i'm guessing no since specific need/application, know apple can pretty savvy, thought i'd ask if option or if else had other bright ideas trying capture these texts know they're work related.

aside, i've seen of these numbers before friends used free texting apps, it's not 100% fool proof, these days think can confident vast majority of texts coming through work.

in advance attention this!

nothing i've found. i'm 20 individual contact entries , incoming numbers don't repeat... mine google calendar notifications.
