Using the Trackpad to Cycle Tabs

hello,

wondering if there way use following 2 functions on trackpad instead of keyboard:

ctrl + tab
command + `

use 2 functions lot when i'm browsing internet (i use chrome or firefox). first function (ctrl + tab) cycling tabs in single browser window. second function (command + `) cycling windows in browser.

i'm wondering if there way trackpad can replace these functions. know way trackpad can replace alt + tab function using four-finger swipe? i'm looking that. possibly third-party app.

using osx 10.6.8 (snow leopard)
