Any idea of how I can get to scroll like this?

in lion, have 2 choices in scrolling when comes up, down, left , right. want swiping left , right ipad going , down used on snow leopard. when scroll down page, want pull down on trackpad, camera. i've had lion week , i'm frustrated this. there applications out there give me more control of trackpad settings? help.

 

better touch tool might help.
