[Q]Why is Personal Hotspot so slow?

i have new iphone 4s , i'm student. live in student campus , have wireless internet access point. i'm using desktop pc without wireless card. so, tried use iphone modem internet. it's acrually works it's so slow. stucks @ loading page on firefox , no oimages displayed.



not internet. right i'm using other smartphone, samsung galaxy sii , internet works should.



should able use iphone instead.



run latest ios, itunes, drivers pc , have windows 7 sp1 x64 latest.



tips?
