Not sure which Macbook to buy :) Please help

i saved money couple months hoping buy macbook pro.
ill use basic browsing, music, , im gunna using in school alot. im not big gamer, ocasionally might play games, or put windows 7 on can play maplestory. other that, no high end games. im not going buy brand new one, wondering if should buy used/refurbished 2010 april dual core i5, or 2011 february quad core i7. dont think ill need quad core, or i7 stuff need, nice have? know? dont want go older april 2010 because heard core 2 duos suck. appreciated guys

found july 2011 macbook air, dual core i7 13.3" 4gb high resolution screen 1400, couple hundred more pro might buy. guys think?

maybe check out 13" mba, late 2011..sounds might meet needs or baseline 13" mbp. helped.
