iTunes Match - Item cannot be downloaded.

don't know what's going on itunes store lately, seems glitchy. weeks getting error messages every time downloaded app, saying app never downloaded wasn't available. tried relogging, checking itunes/apple id, , nothing worked until decided dl on own sweet time.

i've noticed items i've been billed , downloaded don't show purchased, , can't write reviews... meaning call apple weekend's over.
