iPhone Unknown error in restore, reboot loop after redsnow

my iphone 3gs working great had no battery life replaced battery.

after replacing battery had no ear speaker function tried system restore. got stuck @ end , says unknown error....

tried system restore multiple times on 2 different computers same result.

downloaded redsnow 9.10b1 , used "get out of recovery mode caused itunes restore error." button.

boots fine, have full functionality, wifi, phone, etc 3 minutes sudden shut down automatic reboot. loops infinitely.

have since replaced ribbon 3 cable face proximity sensor , ear speaker works well.

since replacing ribbon 3 again tried system restore same result , redsnow same result.

how go older version on phone or not idea?

using itunes 10.5, no other usb items plugged computer , phone has ios 5.0.1 , have tried in dfu mode well.

in advance.
