Having trouble with external harddrive

hey, wondering if me hard drive. i'm trying use watch movies on xbox360. used work using ntfs format, reformatted use on ps3's since friends had ps3's wanted able play on well, once formatted fat32 stopped working on xbox, went , reformatted ntfs work on xbox cause more useful working on ps3's , it's not working on computer (which mac). tips why happening , can fix this?

 

how did format fat32 , ntfs file systems? partition map scheme?
