Can I connect a PC tower to a mac to use as a monitor?

so don't have powerful enough mac run newer pc games anymore. however, own pc is. problem is, don't have room have both on desk , there's no better spot in current place put it.

had thought, can hook pc's tower mac , use monitor? i'd assume through special program and/or special cable allows it, don't know. sounds crazy enough work.

 

you can use 2010 27" imac that.
