out of possible 4gb ram, 2.16gb usable under windows 7 64-bit, according system properties. after looking it, none of background services chomping excess ram; turns out 2gb allocated 'hardware reservation'.
can't re-map memory bios macs don't use it... there run command can use?
running windows 7 64-bit home premium under boot camp on 2011 15" macbook pro. latest updates installed.

caused having limit ram available during boot-up. removing limit solved
