Why is there no iphone 4/4S apps to calibrate computer monitors ?

i have iphone 4s. why there no iphone apps calibrating pc monitors ? there technical reasons why camera on iphone not used software calibration of pc monitor ? work similar spyder3: http://spyder.datacolor.com

i'm sure has thought , have been discussed, not find information on subject.

may silly question, don't know enough subject. give me thoughts guys , gals.

 

the camera wouldn't work colorimeter.
