Thunderbolt Display Wireless Keyboard Issues

hi,

got new thunderbolt display attached 2011 macbook pro , loving it. plan on using macbook pro in clamshell mode. have couple of questions.

1) can restart computer while closed , use option key on wireless keyboard windows?

2) looks computer having issues in pairing both mouse , keyboard on restart. suggestions?

i don't believe keyboard work bluetooth drivers not loaded until operating system loaded.

try disabling bluetooth , re-enabling it, or turning off/on keyboard/mice.
