Specify 720p or 1080p when downloading from the iTunes store

when try download video icloud directly on new ipad, i'm given choice of sd or hd. wondering if within hd can specify between 720p , 1080p. otherwise have no idea i'm getting.

 

that's point, if can't tell difference between 720 or 1080, why wanna find out in first place?
usually, can tell image quality
