Momentus XT 750gb SSD HHD Hybrid Drive Compatibility

have 2008 2.4ghz core 2 duo macbook. here specs:

i know if compatible macbook avoid restocking fees not work.

if compatible, know these things:
1) how affect battery life vs. 5400rpm drive came computer
2) "cache" if switching between lion os x & windows 7 using bootcamp? (or have relearn programs put on ssd part every time switch operating systems?)

yes, have same question. posted under thread "late 2006 black macbook (c2d) hard drive". have black intel core 2 duo 2.0 ghz model , looking @ 500 gig version of hard drive. users here know if give comp significant boost in performance.
