I did something idiotic and I need help fixing it

i going through system preferences on mini , accidentally turned off bluetooth. mouse , keyboard both bluetooth , don't have usb. there way restart computer it's on default or something? don't want hear "borrow usb keyboard/mouse", that's thing can think of. (i'm typing air)

i'm wondering if can go mini in target disk mode , change setting that?

easier , safer usb mouse thing, though.
