i have droid. incredible. not have upgrade until july family member has 1 going use theirs. want buy iphone 4s(white, 32 gb,) online upgrade , sell on ebay. plan jailbreak , unlock it, sell it, use old phone , s3 in july. steps doing legally. have when phone.

that doesn't make sense. if use upgrade buy iphone you'll end paying full price s3. why not buy s3?
seems lot of work little reward.
edit: reread wrote see have upgrade in july. still seems lot of work. suppose depends on how can iphone.
problem if comes ios 5.1 won't able jailbreak @ all. it's kind of gamble @ point.
don't know how new version gets new retail iphones.
