How do I get my email already setup accts over from iPhone to new iPad?

have iphone backed icloud , have emails setup on iphone via microsoft exchange. i'd have accounts transferred on ipad instead of inputting passwords , m.google fields etc.. used icloud when setting new ipad transferred on bookmarks , photos ( mail set on within phone). have manually set mail accounts on ipad?

 

icloud restore email accounts if set ipad 'restore icloud' wouldn't have saved passwords security reasons.

inless backup phone icloud (ie not itunes) , have restored ipad backup need input email accounts again.
