What to get?

hello,

okay going buying imac or macbook air when next update comes. however, can't decide 1 get. here's plan use for:

- using create graphic art. use around 10-15 layers , importing photoshop brushes (i won't using photoshop). know imac have bigger screen , work in better detail , i'm unsure how pixelmator runs on macbook air. run smoothly on both?

- however, in year , bit going off unniversity. have ipad, obviosuly if live out wouldn't take imac me , rely on ipad. see graphic art suffering ipad isnt ideal art.

can see i'm stuck between artwork , future situation be. me decide.

i can't comment on photoshop part, university i'd go mba plus external have option of taking library/class etc. can't imac lol.
