? Verizon 4g/3G and wifi?

hi everyone,

have verizon 4g unit says 3g when using it. mean not on 4g? live in westlake village ~30 minutes los angeles.

also, when on wifi, automatically stop using cellular network?

when @ cellular usage settings, shows no data used....

it should use wifi before using cellular data.
