Moving over apps betwenn iPad 1 and iPad 3

will have issue moving on paid apps between ipad 1 , ipad 3? don't mean raw apps sync via itunes, mean of in-app purchases, , upgrades did, 1 year traffic option purchased tomtom, telenav etc...

 

just make sure sync ipad 1 before sync ipad 3, given option "restore ipad 1 backup" , of data should there.
