IPad yellow spot in corner after 3 months. What to do?

got ipad 11/07/11 fine , today notice yellow spot in bottom right corner. i've heard of happening newer ipads not showing after few months








should take best buy , swap out? got 3 year protection plan.

 

if bothers enough trade refurb, should exchange it. if got apple store, go there instead of best buy, under warranty , handle on spot!
