Install Blu-Ray DVD unit in MBP ?

newbie question :
can replace stock dvd unit in mbp blu-ray version ? there connection/driver issues ?
want internal drive dvd use in win7 running in parallels avoid having connect external unit.
know won't work in osx, that's not objective.
