iMac 21.5 problem


i have problem imac 21.5 2010 i3 4gb ram lion model when shut down computer spins circle its loading 5-7 seconds switches of there problem mac

have 2010 imac 21.5 (i5 model) , i'd urge spend ~ $45 on pair of 4 gb modules , ram 12 gb. of time i'm using 7 gb i've done so. eliminate 95% of spinning beachballs.
