Finder Window

i'm not sure if lion specific or os x issue. anyway, upgraded couple days ago dual ssd/hdd system. have mbp 6,1 , used install disc came install os on ssd. re-downloaded purchase of lion , upgraded. proceeded re-install needed apps time, not junk had before. in hdd drive music , picture. nothing else. anyway, when open new finder window dock, goes straight "all files" on sidebar. before did upgrade, never did this. stayed on last section selected. anyway again?

p.s. open ssd desktop works should - opens last section selected
