corrupted alias: can't be deleted

i have few alias files popped after firefox crashed while downloading. can't deleted, dragged, or referenced in terminal (i tried running ls -a, , didn't appear in listing). permissions these files "unknown access".

here's oddest part: these aliases only show in smart folders. in case, they're aliases video files downloading ~/downloads folder, if set smart folder limits video files, corrupted aliases appear. if browse ~/downloads folder in finder, they're found.

advice?

file system errors may blame here. try verifying startup disk disk utility.
