question, ordered black wifi ipad online retailer (powermax) charging no tax , giving $10 off. wanted white 1 backordered few weeks, ordered black.
question is, can somehow exchange ipad @ apple store or other retailer? have receipt , ipad unopened. thanks.
if take apple store tell you need return company bought from. had same issue when bought 16gb ipad on launch day radio shack. went apple store in soho , said first have return radio shack before upgrade 32 gb. long story short, apple won't accept ipads purchased different vendors.
