no, 64-bit windows 7 not required. instructions version 4.01 or later, didn't note changes. can't boot usb stick once it's been created , had hack info.plist file on macbook pro 13" 2010 system avoid warning message dvd player required.

unfortunately, boot camp drivers fail download, error report stating weren't available update server.
