i got ipad in mail , perfect 1 2 hours. noticed getting hot , right half of screen dim. screen went out altogether , won't power on. called apple , on hold 3 or 4 different times while talked different people. put me on ipad god guy
told me new problem , not ship me new 1 right way. going ship me box , have send ipad in , wait them ship me new one.
needless not happy @ that. calm me down offered me 6' ipad cord or ipod shuffle lol. told him thought of ipod shuffle bluntly. offered me ipod nano. see going took it.
said should shipping box monday , knows how long until new ipad
