Aperture 3 to Lightroom Migration

is there easy way convert aperture library lightroom , keep file structure in tact? don't care if lose adjustments, want have of raw files in original folders. have been wanting switch lightroom time worried migration. thanks!

 

can use aperture export xmp sidecar files? if should able import them lr.
