Absinthe App Doesn't Create Cydia

simple title says. got absinthe app, click on app, opens no " jailbreaking " button pops up. app icon , advertisement. nothing else.

clicked icon , phone rebooted, there no cydia.

doing wrong?

trying find solution jailbreaking right now.
