rebel 4s sim or other 2.0.10 unlock?

have iphone 4s thats locked at&t , updated 5.1 , gevey sim doesnt work more.

im looking replacement sim imposer 5.1.
found rebel4s sim dont know find 1 ships within u.s.
order ebay or website cant wait 10-20 days ship.

i dont think there's right unlocks 4s stock 5.1 baseband.
make sure dont waste money on scam.
