iphone camera

i have jailbroeken ios5.0.1, thing when press home button (when phone locked), there no option on screen use camera. ie there no quick photo option on screen, new feature 5.0.1 update.

im wondering how or if have updated wrong?? there when restoring phone while connected laptop though seems have disappeared
