How to unscrew a stripped iPhone 4S screw!


help help! received light apple logo mod today , started install except got stuck @ easiest part... taking off cover hah... if can me have tools need 1 of screws won't come out! see got stripped how don't know do!!


if had tips me appreciate much!!
 

the 2 screws near dock connector called "pentalobular screws," different, , may not stripped?
