just heads up. ran across workaround lets install new iphoto app on ipad 1. doing has created kinds of problems ipad. app itself, once installed works okay, except crash some. still usable , can create journals , publish them icloud (which main use of app). when try sync mac though, sync doesn't work , talks having unauthorized app on ipad, etc. when try delete app off ipad, ipad locks up. seems solution restore ipad scratch. @ least has been experience. guess apple right in saying app 2 , 3 (duh). anyway thought share experience in doing workaround. restoring ipad post , use iphote app on iphone until purchase ipad 3.
