Navigon 2.0 vs Tomtom vs Motion X - 2012 edition

hey everyone, need little decision here, i've read lots of old threads many old , talking old versions of apps have both been improved since then. have couple of questions

1. after motion x 30 day trial up, still provide text based turn turn navigation free, or guidance (text , voice) disabled until pay?

motion x requires data connection , doesn't preload maps on phone, tomtom , navigon don't require data (unless live traffic) , store maps on phone. correct?

2. navigon , tomtom have of following features?

- allow music played in background , have ipod shortcut controls
- speaks street names
- shows street names on map
- visual lane guidance
- in 2d map mode can scroll ahead on map , hit compass button return current position

, navigon or tomtom have features other doesn't? ie know navigon has option store state state maps on phone save room.

i'm navigon man hated tomtom when first out , still do.

navigon asking on counts plus if pay traffic updates it's not time limited. @ least not on u.k version.
