i'm looking on app store @ things photoshop elements, though seem more suited enhancing photos image manipulation, correct?
want find program can little creative, more 'paint' not need photographic enhancement features. nothing more playing pictures of friends etc. suggestions welcome.
shameless request , example of sort of thing i'm after doing, if had time tweak following i'd hugely grateful. i'd remove notepaper lines, , create higher resolution b/w image means of (perhaps) having image stylised/artistic filtered (basically re-rendered, though not have photoshop vocabulary
