i had app on 4s before can't work now. i'm running 5.0.1 , jailbroke using absinthe. it's enabled in settings weather icon blue nothing else , there's no status bar symbols. tried uninstalling , reinstalling , rebooting hasn't helped. should do?
go iphone default weather app, go settings , turn off 'local weather' instead, set location manually in weather app... reason local weather doesn't play nice 3rd party weather apps weather icon, , plugins lockinfo etc.
