Resolved Recovery Drive

so bought new hard drive, , yesterday used superduper copy hard drive(about 400gb) new drive. however, realized won't have recovery partition on new drive. guys think need recovery partition, , there way os create on new drive? have not put new drive in computer yet need go buy torx screwdriver.
