Lost Audio Output in my MPB 13

for past few days, mbp has not been able play type of audio. i've check sound panel in system prefs , says there no audio output. checked system profiler , seems there no audio driver found. here's screenshot of says:



i've done clean format , installed lion , still nothing. software issue or logic board or hardware issue. info appreciated. please help!
