How to sync real sms's between iPad and iPhone? / Use both to text with one sim

i know there's cydia app called phoneit
(www.iphoneislam.com/phoneitipad/)
let's use ipad (3g) phone.

wondering if it's possible use both devices 1 sim.
mayby sincyning true icloud or so.
