Flashed 6800GT

so flashed 6800gt draw enough power make optical unusable? installed mine today @ lunch , after install computer did not detect optical drive. guess have screwed 7yo ribbin cable seems unlikely. missing?

 

doubtful, i've seen powermacs multiple things piggybacked off of optical drive power source no problems reported. perhaps pin came loose somewhere along line?
