Brown box or new retail box?

i went today , got ipad replaced. i've waited exchange past 2 weeks 32g lte sold out in 7 of surrounding apple stores apple genius gave me brown box replacement.

else have luck w brown box replacement? these refurbished ones?

update: photos! should have taken them in ambient light thats when there appears less tinting. here unbiased photos taken on iphone w 100% brightness.

found winner , not yellow. compared others @ apple store. lol.

i got brown box replacement. @ stage in game, it's them refurbs. new ipads packaged replacing exchanged ones, without creating issue of secondary retail box , power adapter, since exchanges performed without customer having original box , adapter on hand.

brown box replacement worse ipad replaced.

these polls trying pinpoint how screen, week number or box color, waste of time. it's crapshoot.
