Filemaker Pro 10 - how to get padding (white space) around words

i'm trying move borders of fields farther away text entered fields.

cannot find setting padding. , if increase text size, text still sticks close field border.

know how padding done in filemaker pro 10? (i have 10, not 11).

 

in text format mode, can set text field paragraph , indent it. there no padding setting know of.
